These landscape sculptural panels are part of along term process to find, or create a visual language to express aspects of landscape through clay.

Archaeology is often the starting point for my work.- Using real foot prints intentionally rather than accidentally allows for a whole new set of interpretations to become possible.

The human figure has always been important in my creative work especially on my ceramic panels. I have worked with different approaches to it on clay, whether drawn or more three dimensional.

Making ceramic sculpture is a slow process. I work in an open ended fashion.
